  • FILL IT WATER AND KEEP IN DEEP FRIDGE UNTIL SOLIDIFIES.  
  • REMOVE AND KEEP IT ASIDE AND STORE IT COOL PLACE SUCH AS ICE BOX
  • PUT THE  CUBE IN DESIRE DRINK,LOOKS WELL IN TRANSPARENT OR SEE THROUGH GLASSES.

WHEN YOU THROW A PARTY ..........IT NOT ALWAYS YOU HAVE THE BEST INGREDIENT OR THE WORLD CLASS LIQUEUR IN THE WORLD TO PLAY U CAN EVEN MAKE THE BEST COCKTAIL OR SHOOTERS .......WHEN YOU EVEN HAVE A BEER, WINE & A BOTTLE OF COKE ON THE BAR....GUESS WHAT U DON'T EVEN NEED A BAR KIT...OR A SHAKER...ITS FUN....ITS EASY...........AND THE BEST PART IT GETS UR PARTY REALLY STARTED .......SO WHENEVER YOU THROW A PARTY YOU HAVE LIMITED CASH WITH AND U DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO !!!!! WHY TO FEAR WHEN I AM HERE ..........LETS BEGIN WITH A COCKTAIL CALLED "BANG BANG" ...AS THE NAMES SUGGEST IT REALLY BANGS YOU UP...EASY ....SIMPLE....AND BEST INGREDIENT TO PLAY WITH..!!!

METHOD : BUILD UP


GLASS : HIGH BALL



  • TAKE LOT OF ICE IN A HIGH BALL GLASS.
  • DROP IN THE BEER .
  • POUR THE RED WINE.
  • AND THEN TOP IT WITH THE COKE.
YOU MAY FELL THE DRINK I QUIT SIMPLE AND WEAK..BUT IT IS NOT....THE BEER AND WINE ACT AS A DOUBLE BOOST OF ALCOHOL AS PORT WINE IS FORTIFIED WINE AND HAS A GOOD VOLUME OF SPIRIT IN IT...THE SWEETNESS OF COKE TO KEEP THE BUZZ ALIVE AND THE FLAVOR COMBINATION OF PORT WINE AND COKE IS AWESOME........SO TRY IT OUT ..............AND LET ME KNOW IF THE HANGOVER IS STILL BUZZING OR NOT CHEERZ......!!!!!!!!!!!

SPICES AND HERBS ARE MOSTLY USED IN VARIOUS DISH PREPARATION.....BUT BUT IT IS ALSO WIDELY USED IN PREPARING EXOTIC COCKTAILS AND MOCK TAILS LIKE MOJITO,BLOODY MARRY,TOM COLIN AND MANY MORE,BUT IT VERY NECESSARY TO USE THE RIGHT HERB FOR THE RIGHT DRINK LIKE GIN AND TEQUILA IS ARE ALREADY HAVE A SPICE AND HERB FLAVOUR SO IS VERY ESSENTIAL TO USE A VERY LITE FLAVORED HERB OR SPICE. SO TODAY'S RECIPE IS INSPIRED THE MUMBAI STREET CHAT ITS CALLED THE "MUMBAI MASALA" THIS IDEA FRIST CAME TO ME WHEN I SAW A COUPLE OF KIDS EATING THE MUMBAI GUAVA FRUIT WITH SOME MIXTURE OF CHILLY AND SALT ON IT.....SO I DECIDED WHY NOT USE IT IN A COCKTAIL. SO CAME OUT  "MUMBAI MASALA" .ITS AN EASY RECIPE WHICH CAN BE MADE AT YOUR HOME PARTY A GREAT WAY TO IMPRESS THE CROWD WITH A INNOVATED DRINK!!!
                      MUMBAI MASALA


GUAVA JUICE............ 120 ML
CHILLY POWEDER...... A PINCH
SALT ......................... A PINCH
LIME JUICE................ 10ML
VODKA......................60ML


GARNISH : SALT AND CHILLY RIM WITH A WEDGE OF GUAVA FRUIT


GLASS : MARTINI/ COCKTAIL GLASS


METHOD : SHAKEN



   
  • TAKE COCKTAIL SHAKER ADD 3 FORTH OF ICE TO IT.
  • POUR THE GUAVA JUICE,THE LIME JUICE,SALT AND CHILLY POWDER.
  • SHAKE WELL FOR 8 SECONDS.
  • RIM THE GLASS WITH THE CHILLY AND THE SALT MIXTURE
  • * RIMMING : ITS DONE BY APPLYING LIME JUICE OE TAKING LIME AND APPLYING TO THE RIM OF THE GLASS AND THEN DIPPING IT IN SALT,CASTER SUGAR ETC.THE SALT WILL STICK TO THE RIM BECAUSE OF THE LIME JUICE AND ON DRINK TROUGH THE RIM IT GIVES A ADDITIONAL FLAVOR TO THE DRINK. BUT RIMMING IS DONE ONLY TO THOSE DRINKS WHICH CAN BE DRUNK WITHOUT A STRAW.
  • STRAIN THE MIXTURE IN TO THE MARTINI GLASS AND ADD A WEDGE OF GUAVA FRUIT TO IT.

A SHOOTER MAY BE LAYERED SHOTS, SHAKY SHOTS OR JIGGELOS:GELATINE SHOTS. THEY ARE NOT MORE THAN 60 -90 ML .IT IS SERVED IN A SHOT GLASS OF VARIOUS TYPE. ORIGINALLY ORIGINATED FROM MEXICO TEQUILA SHOTS THERE FEW RULES TO HAVE THE SHOT ITS LICK , SHOOT AND BITE......1 LICK THE LIME...2 SHOOT THE DRINK....3 BITE THE SALT .    METHOD : SHAKEN

  • TAKE A COCKTAIL SHAKER AND ADD 3 FOURTH OF ICE IN IT.
  • ADD ALL THE INGREDIENT IN IT AND SHAKE IT WELL.
  • STRAIN IT IN THE GLASS WITH A STRAINER.
  • PUT LIME AND SALT AT THE SIDE.

APPLE  JUICE .........       120 ML
BLUE CURACAO.......       10 ML
VODKA....................      60 ML
 
GARNISH : APPLE SLICE/ APPLE STAR

GLASS : TOM COLLIN / PILSNER


METHOD: BUILD UP
  • FILL THE GLASS WITH ICE 
  • POUR THE BLUE CURACAO OVER THE ICE .
  • THEN ADD THE VODKA OVER IT.
  • AT LAST TOP IT UP WITH THE APPLE JUICE
THE APPLE JUICE AND THE BLUE CURACAO GIVES A OCEAN GREEN EFFECT.

* BLUE CURACAO IS A LIQUEUR MADE FROM ORANGE AND IS BLUE IN COLOR IN INDIA YOU GET THE NON ALCOHOLIC ONE WHICH IS AVAILABLE IN THE SUPER MARKET.
